Greenphire Executives To Participate In INC Research And CISCRP's 'Inspiring Hope' Ideathon
Greenphire, the global leader in clinical payment solutions, recently announced that it will participate in INC Research and CISCRP’s “Inspiring Hope” Ideathon, a competition designed to promote greater awareness of the importance of clinical trial participation in advancing public health. The ideathon is being held in Boston on September 27 – 28.
According to CISCRP, less than 5 percent of the population ever participate in a clinical trial. The “Inspiring Hope” event is designed to promote greater awareness of the importance of clinical trial participation in advancing public health. Greenphire’s CEO Jim Murphy and Vice President of Business Development Rick Ward will collaborate and provide mentorship to the finalists in the contest that will ultimately present their ideas to an expert judging panel. The winning idea will receive the 2016 “Inspiring Hope” Award, including a $10,000 cash prize.
“A clinical trial’s ability to bring new treatments to market resides in the ability to successfully recruit and retain clinical trial participants,” said Jim Murphy, CEO of Greenphire. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to support this community of forward thinking problem solvers and look forward to hearing the new and innovative ideas that will inspire clinical research participation.”
Greenphire’s solutions provide a better way to pay clinical trial participants and research sites, resulting in an improved trial experience for all involved. The ClinCard solution is leveraged by sponsors, CROs and research sites around the world to provide patients with instant, convenient access to funds via a reloadable debit card, eliminating any financial hurdles that may impact ongoing clinical trial participation and engagement. Sponsors and CROs leverage Greenphire’s eClinicalGPS solution to automate, streamline and accelerate research site payments, supporting the research site’s sustainability and success.
